With pure, unrestrained cross country focus, Scott delivers the Spark 700 Ultimate Di2! This frame boasts HMX carbon—which is responsive, stiff, and vapor-like in weight. It's loaded with a tapered head tube, press-fit BB92, Shimano Di2-only routing, and a 142x12mm rear through axle. Fox's Nude shock unleashes 120mm and is sheathed in buttery smooth Kashima coating to ensure you dominate rough terrain, while the Fox 32 Float fork tracks through the rough stuff and keeps you pinned to your line with 120mm as well. And, to control all that plush goodness, Scott's TwinLoc remote enables you to switch between locked/traction (85mm)/descend (120mm) modes so your suspension is always dialed just right. Add in the efficient, yet strong and quick-accelerating 27.5-inch wheel size, and its pure, unrestrained cross country focus is crystal clear.
By switching a shock mount "chip" in the linkage, the bottom bracket height is raised or lowered by 7mm and the head tube angle is steepened or slackened by 0.5 degrees.
Scott's TwinLoc remote suspension lockout system allows the rider to choose between full travel (120mm), Traction mode (85mm), or locked out. This ingenious lever controls both the front and rear suspension, reducing handlebar clutter and increasing convenience.
Switch between wheelsets with different rear hub configurations quickly and easily! Scott's IDS-SL dropout system works with 142 x 12mm, 135 x 12mm and 135 x 5mm QR rear axle standards.
