Scott's Genius 930 is a super fun trail bike that floats up technical climbs and deftly tears down the other side. Its lightweight aluminum frame uses a tapered head tube and a IDS SL rear thru axle for serious stiffness. But in order to get the downhill thrills, you’ve got to do a little climbing first. For that, Scott’s TwinLoc remote effortlessly adjusts the suspension between Lockout, Traction (90mm), and Descend (130mm) modes on the rear Fox Nude shock. Up front, Fox's 32 Float CTD fork crushes the terrain you’re conquering with 130mm. Adding to the capabilities is a Shimano 20-speed SLX/XT drivetrain, and impressive SLX disc brakes to deliver loads of control. Plus, Syncros’ smooth-rolling 29-inch wheels and components deliver confidence on every ride.
Scott's TwinLoc remote suspension lockout system allows the rider to choose between full travel (130mm), Traction mode (90mm), or locked out. This ingenious lever controls both the front and rear suspension, reducing handlebar clutter and increasing convenience.
Switch between wheelsets with different rear hub configurations quickly and easily! Scott's IDS-SL dropout system works with 142 x 12mm, 135 x 12mm, and 135 x 5mm rear axle standards.
